This Rabbit Air SPA-582A BioGS HEPA Air Purifier features BioGS HEPA filtration system which is a breakthrough technology engineered and developed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Ranked highest in areas of quality and efficiency Rabbit Air is a new generation air purifier that eliminates all the weaknesses of conventional HEPA air purifier. The SPA-582A BioGS HEPA offers a HEPA Filter made of the most advanced Bio-Engineer fiber material which not only traps but also destroys the allergens such as pet epithelia dust mite and pollen which typically accumulate on the filters. This model also comes with a washable charcoal based activated carbon deodorization filter for the removal of odors harmful gases and chemicals. It is offered in silver pearl white lime green and metallic blue colors.

I love this air purifier. It is so quiet. Even when it's on turbo it isn't that bad at all. It does very well picking up on smells and dust. The only thing is it was a little pricey. But I have allergy induced asthma, so I welcome this product. I did a lot of research and read many many reviews on these air purifiers. I keep it between the kitchen and family room since they are open to each other. Be sure to read the booklet first before you run it so you become familiar with what it does and what all the symbols mean.

I was anti purifier because of the cost and possible noise. But with the continuous coughing at night because of asthma, I went ahead and bought the unit. To my surprise, I'm not coughing as much at nights. If you suffer from allergies and asthma, you need the rabbit air.

My son has allergy induced asthma and he always wakes up with a stuffy nose and sneezing and just the short time we have had the unit he has not had ONE day where he has woken up with these symptoms! The sleep mode is extremely quite...I sometimes check it because I don't think it's on when I put it on sleep mode. So far...I'm thrilled we made the investment and that it is helping my son!

Works great,very quiet on lower speeds not noisy on turbo. I live in a small house in south Florida with 3 dogs, with the Rabbit purifier I smell nothing except clean air. I no longer wake up stuffed up in the am and 2 of my dogs had runny eyes ,but now their eyes have almost cleared up. I would definately recommend this purifier.

I bought this mostly to manage my allergies, can't say I've noticed anything different yet. Yes, seems to be a reduction in particles of who knows what in the air. Particularly nice is that it is completely silent in the sleep mode and yet it's putting out a good volume of air. Does seem to absorb odors. Controls are very well thought out, easy to use and with many options.I do think it's a very expensive.

I use it for dust and VOC control related to allergies, and I love it. It is really quiet and the ionization really makes a difference, much more than I expected, in the feeling of freshness in my condo. The way it fires up to eliminate smells from cooking is a bonus that I didn't expect either. I did a lot of research before making this purchase, and although this unit is not cheap (inexpensive), the good news is that it's not cheap (poorly designed or manufactured).

This product is attrative to look at. It is a quiet unit and seams to be made to last. We have not used it over a long period of time, but so far it has been a great help with the California wild fire smoke we have been having, and for filtering the pollen from the pine tree's. My husband was taking alergy shots and so far he has quit taking any medication or shots. We like the fact that it's filter system does not have to be replaced so often and is more resonable that most other air filters on the market.

I have been suffering with allergies for years here in Livermore and always wanted to get an air purifier. But I instinctively knew that the "cheap" models were not going to get the job done. I finally decided to get very the best unit I could afford. After weeks of shopping for features, performance, and value, I felt the RabbitAir SPA 582A BioGS had everything I could ask for in an air purifier. The AirPurifier Superstore had the best price I could find [...] I unpacked it, read the instructions, easily inserted the filters, and put it to work in the family room/kitchen which is the largest room in our house. By the time my wife got home 3 hours later, she immediately noticed a change in the air quality in the house. My son and I were already getting relief from our allergy symtoms.After several days cleaning the common area air during the day and using it in the bedroom at night, I now just use it in the bedroom as 8 hours of clean air at night gives me the ability to get through the day without suffering.The unit is fantastic...even on "turbo" it is pretty quiet, "low" is almost undetectable, and "sleep" is silent. The air quality definately improves dramatically and very quickly. The features of the unit are all-inclusive in my opinion, and the unit looks good too. The display panel in very awesome and informative. I like the remote control as well.This is a stellar unit in all ways. Compare the features on this unit to other purifiers, along with the price (and the price of replacement filters), and you'll see why I rate it so highly.

After reading the great reviews I decided to purchase the Rabbit Air 582A Bio GS. I was going to use it mainly at night because I have difficulty breathing due to allergies and my asthma. Well, for me it didn't work. I was still stuffed up and sneezing. My boyfriend, who does not have asthma and as severe allergies as I do, likes the Rabbit Air. He likes how it filtrates the air and leaves it smelling fresher. I only recommend it because my boyfriend says it helps.

Well-designed, effective air purifier. Took 2 mins. to set-up. The best feature on this machine is its highly sensitive air monitors. It has two detectors: one for odors and one for particals. I smoke and w/in 30 seconds of "lighting up," it the machine kicks into high gear. It is still fairly quiet when the fan is running at the highest speed. Excellent quality construction; low cost filter replacements (and very infrequent).
